The English soccer stud looked elated as he celebrated on the pitch with his sons Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz after defeating the Houston Dynamo with a final score of 1-0.
Meanwhile, David?s wife Victoria and their daughter Harper Seven cheered from the luxury press box, making it a true family affair.
After the game, David told press, ?It?s about time. We?ve been fighting for this for a few years now. Whether I stay or not I?ve had an amazing five years,? referring to the fact that his contract with the LA Galaxy expires next month.
Team CEO Tim Leiweke explained, ?David knows he has a home here, and I?d like him to stay. We?d like to continue the relationship, but we?ll deal with it after Sunday.?
